Weaving is fascinating to Kathie and particularly "intuitive weaving".  No patterns are used.  Instead the yarn tells the artist where to go for color and texture.  The beautiful interactions of innumerable yarns and ribbons are endless, with no two scarves or wall hangings being the same.  It is the stunning richness of these woven works, along with the surprise of seeing the finished products as they are pulled off the roller of the loom, that inspires Kathie in this fiber art.
